Cycling Projects delivers the nationally acclaimed Wheels for All initiative bringing cycling to many people regardless of their ability.
We are recruiting a Wheels for All lead sessional worker to deliver and develop a well-received inclusive cycling offer for the Marlow and South Bucks region, delivering regular inclusive cycling opportunities for people of all abilities. In recent years, the Marlow Wheels for All centre has established a strong reputation for embracing people of all abilities, and now we want to grow the offer by supporting more people from across the region. As the Wheels for All lead sessional worker you will be responsible for the delivery of the inclusive cycling sessions, managing a growing network of partners and recruiting and retaining volunteers to support the programme across the Marlow and the South Bucks region.
You will be a highly motivated individual with experience of working across a broad section of partners. You will ideally have experience of supporting and delivering community projects and have experience of working with people of all abilities/or previously worked for a charity. You will be enthusiastic, driven, well organised and able to embrace cycling as a credible and beneficial activity for people regardless of their ability. We want you to create a solid movement of inclusive cycling activities across Marlow and South Bucks and be part of an effective and exciting movement of inclusive cycling opportunities
